Apple Festival, Ely, 16th October 2010 10am-4pm

The Ely branch of the Cambridge Ktog group are having a stall at the Apple Festival in Ely on Saturday 16th October. The event is on the Palace Green from 10am to 4pm and all the items for sale will have an apple theme.

The stall raised £393.50 and they won the trophy for “best dressed stall”.

Community Market, Octagon, Bar Hill Saturday 2nd October

We shall have a display of toys and clothes at the market from 10.30am to 12.30pm. There will be sweets, cakes, witches, ghosts, pumpkins, spiders. We have discount clothes from £1 an item and full price items ranging in price from £5 to £7. We have a small selection of bobble hats in football team colours for Histon, Cambridge City, Cambridge United, Norwich, Liverpool, Chelsea.

Knitting Bee

We had a lovely day sheltering from the rain sewing designer labels into witches, ghosts, apples, spiders. Rummaging through our stash for yarns to knit ghostly towers and pizzas.
