Hand embroidered quilted bedspread

A lady in Bar Hill has donated 132 squares which she hand embroidered, each with a different flower. John Lewis has donated fabric for the edges and wadding. Another lady has spent two months stitching them together and turning them into a quilted bedspread.

The edge materials are a pale lime green and a pink with small white butterfly prints.

The back of the bedspread has large and small print pink flowers.

We have a silent auction until the 15th July 2011. If you would like to make a bid send your offer to rosieinstitches@btinternet.com
